Interview: Pacers GM Chad Buchanan On Crazy Game 5 Win

The Indiana Pacers are moving on to the Eastern Conference Semifinals following an insane Game 5 win over the Milwaukee Bucks. 

Things seemed dire for the Pacers, with the Bucks up 7 with only 40 seconds remaining in overtime. A Game 6 in Milwaukee appeared extremely likely. Instead, a combination of Tyrese Haliburton, Andrew Nembhard, good defense, and a bit of luck fueled a furious Pacers comeback, shocking the Bucks, ending their season and perhaps even this iteration of the team. 

Now, the Pacers prepare to face the top seed in the Eastern Conference, the 64-win Cavaliers who are fresh off laying down a thorough beating on the Miami Heat. The Pacers won’t have the benefit of home court advantage this series, but as they have clearly shown, you can never discount them, no matter how little time is left on the clock.
