INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Colts fell to 4-6 on the year after losing to the Buffalo Bills 30-20 Sunday afternoon.

The first Colts offensive snap set the tone for the afternoon after Joe Flacco threw an interception that was returned for a touchdown. The following Colts drive also ended in a pick.

Indianapolis trailed 10-0 before a field goal gave them their first points of the game. Tyler Goodson would later tie the game at 10-10 with a touchdown reception from 2 yards out.

The Bills responded later in the first half by scoring a touchdown and field goal, giving them a 20-13 lead heading into halftime.

Buffalo continue to stifle the Colts on offense in the second half, and put the game away for good with a James Cook rushing touchdown with 3:04 to play. The running back’s TD extended the lead to 30-13.

An Alec Pierce touchdown inside the last minute of play brought the Colts within 10, but not enough time remained.

Overall it was a sloppy game. Both teams combined for 6 turnovers. Bills quarterback Josh Allen threw 2 interceptions only to be outdone by Flacco’s 3 picks and a fumble.

The loss makes it three straight for Indianapolis, who last won against the Dolphins on October 20th. The play the New York Jets next Sunday.
